Worst app ever. Buttons don't function and rewards don't display. Don't reply with a canned apology just fix it!
SO frustrated! First, since I first got the card I spent about $2,000 with it, all paid off right away, but never got the rewards. They weren't able to help me in the store either. Now, I'm trying to open the app and it just keeps crashing repeatedly before I can sign in. Really bummed out. Will probably just cancel my card; at this point it's just an extra payment step for no reason without the rewards.
Used to be great but now i cant access my awards or pay my bill!
Cant use rewards. Screen is blank. Whole reason for using the app.
Constant errors. Cant get to rewards to redeem.
Have to reset password every time I use it. All TJMaxx accounts are super disorganized.
